1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using cbusjunkremoval.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

2. About this service

CBUS Junk Removal is a lead-routing aggregator. We operate this website and route quote requests from Columbus-area homeowners to a vetted local junk removal partner — currently Donkey Dumpster — who performs the actual pickup.

We do not perform pickups. When you submit a quote request, we route your information to Donkey Dumpster, who contacts you directly to provide a quote and schedule the pickup.

Any agreement, quote, payment, scheduling, performance, or warranty for the actual pickup work is between you and Donkey Dumpster (or any other fulfillment partner we work with in the future). CBUS Junk Removal is not a party to that agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Columbus, Ohio metro area to submit a quote request. By submitting a quote request, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User obligations

When you use this Site, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
  • Use the Site only for its intended purpose (requesting junk removal services)
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access, or scrape content
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and TCPA regulations

5. Lead routing and partner relationship

Your quote request is routed to Donkey Dumpster (or, in the future, another vetted partner). The partner contacts you directly to:

  • Provide a price quote
  • Schedule a pickup
  • Perform the work
  • Collect payment

CBUS Junk Removal facilitates the introduction. We do not:

  • Set partner pricing
  • Schedule pickups directly
  • Perform pickups
  • Process payments for the pickup work
  • Warrant the partner's work

If a dispute arises about the pickup work, you should resolve it with Donkey Dumpster directly. We will help facilitate communication where reasonable.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and the partner-introduction service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant:

  • That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • That any specific partner will be available at any time
  • The performance, quality, timing, or pricing of any pickup performed by a fulfillment partner

While we work only with vetted, insured partners, we make no specific representation about any individual job. Any warranty on the pickup work is provided by the partner, not by us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBUS Junk Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site
  • Any conduct or content of any third party (including the fulfillment partner) on or related to the Site
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBUS Junk Removal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
