We are not a junk removal company ourselves. We do not perform pickups. Pickups are performed by our partner, Donkey Dumpster, and any future fulfillment partners we add.

When you submit a quote request, we collect:

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • ZIP code
  • Description of what you need hauled
  • Any photos you choose to upload
  • Your TCPA consent (timestamp, IP address)

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our site, we collect:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referrer URL (where you came from)
  • Click data on key conversion elements

4. Who we share it with

We share information with:

  • Donkey Dumpster (and any future fulfillment partners): When you submit a quote request, we route your contact information and request details to the partner who will fulfill the pickup. They contact you directly to provide a quote and schedule.
  • GoHighLevel: Our customer-relationship management platform, which receives your form submission and routes it to Donkey.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): For website analytics. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • Google Ads (Google): For ad-attribution and remarketing.
  • Meta (Facebook): For ad-attribution and remarketing on Meta platforms.
  • Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider, which processes site traffic.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Spam protection on our forms.
  • Service providers as required by law (e.g., compliance with subpoenas, court orders).

We do not sell your information to data brokers.

5. TCPA consent and SMS

When you submit our form, you provide express written consent for CBUS Junk Removal and our service providers (currently Donkey Dumpster) to contact you via call, text message, and email about your request. This consent includes the use of automated technology and pre-recorded messages.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
