Hazardous materials. That includes paint, chemicals, asbestos, anything flammable, ammunition, medical waste, and biohazards. Tires can sometimes go (small amounts) — ask in your quote request. If you're not sure about a specific item, send a photo and we'll tell you upfront. We don't want surprises at the door any more than you do.

Donkey's standard junk truck holds about 15 cubic yards — roughly 6 standard pickup-truck loads, or enough to clear out a typical 1-car garage. Pricing is volume-based, so you only pay for what's actually hauled.

Donkey handles them. They're priced separately because they often need multiple trucks, and sometimes additional crew. Send photos with your quote request — even rough phone photos help. Donkey has done many of these and they're judgment-free about the situation.
That's fine. Donkey prices by the actual truckload, not by what you estimated. If your pile is bigger than expected, they'll quote the actual volume on-site before they load. The free-loading-labor and no-hourly-charge policy means you're never charged extra for the crew's time — only for the volume hauled.
