Yes. Free loading labor is included on every job, and that includes upstairs hauls, basement runs, and tight staircases. The crew is trained for awkward angles and uses moving blankets to protect floors and walls on the way out.
Yes. Mattresses, box springs, and bed frames in any size. Donkey routes mattresses to recycling when possible (mattress recycling is more common than people realize in central Ohio). Mention it in your quote if you'd like the recycling option specifically.
When the piece is in good condition, yes. Donkey routes donatable furniture to local charities and donation centers when possible. Mention it in your quote request. And if the piece needs minor repair, mention that too. Some donation centers accept "needs minor repair" items, others don't.
