Yes, and a lot of these jobs run that way. Send photos or a phone video of each room, and arrange for someone to provide access, a neighbor, an agent, or a lockbox. The crew confirms what's leaving before they load, and you get a text when the house is clear.
Most single-family houses come out in a day. A packed basement, a full garage and a shed on the same property can push it to two. We'll tell you which when we price it, not on the morning of.
Hazardous material. Paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, ammunition, medical waste. Those need a household hazardous waste drop-off, and the crew will point out anything in that category while they're walking the house. If you're not sure about something, send a photo with your request.
