We load the construction debris, so your crew stays on the job.
A dumpster is cheaper right up until you're the one filling it. The crew loads the debris, sweeps the space, and pulls out the same day. If the job runs for weeks, we rent dumpsters too, so take whichever costs you less.
The debris isn't the expensive part. Your crew's day is.
Two carpenters spending an afternoon filling a container is an afternoon they aren't framing. Haul-off comes with the loading, so the guys you're paying stay on the work you're paying them for.
Same-day and next-day pickups are common across the metro, which matters when the next trade is already scheduled.
Crew haul-off, or a dumpster on the drive.
We do both, so this is an honest comparison rather than a pitch.
Send a crew when
- The debris is already piled and you want it gone today
- Your labor is worth more on the job than in a dumpster
- It's a second-floor gut and everything comes down stairs
- There's nowhere practical to park a container
- The next trade starts tomorrow
Rent a dumpster when
- The job runs for weeks and debris comes out daily
- You've got labor on site anyway
- There's driveway room and no placement issue
- You want it there overnight and on weekends
- We rent 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers
Anything a remodel produces.
Interior tear-out
- Drywall, plaster and lath, insulation
- Cabinets, countertops, vanities, tubs, toilets, fixtures
- Tile, hardwood, laminate, carpet and pad, subfloor
- Doors, windows, trim, closet systems
Framing and exterior
- Dimensional lumber, plywood, OSB, engineered scrap
- Roofing tear-off, shingles, siding, gutters
- Decking, fencing, railing
- Concrete, brick, block and dirt, priced by weight because they're heavy
Site clear
- Whole-house and garage demolition debris
- Packaging, banding, pallets, buckets, offcuts
- Yard debris, brush and stumps from a lot clear
- Scrap metal, ductwork, old equipment
Not on the truck
- Asbestos, which needs an abatement contractor
- Wet paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane
- Anything a hazardous waste route is required for

Material, rough volume, floor, access. Photos beat descriptions when it comes to debris.

Texted within 5 minutes during business hours, which usually beats a callback from a container company.

Same-day and next-day are common. Say if the next trade is waiting and it gets scheduled around that.
The crew loads and sweeps
Everything goes out, the floor gets swept, and you get the space back ready to work in.
They'll tear it out too.
We run demolition as well as hauling, from a kitchen or bath tear-out up to whole structures, plus decks, sheds, fencing and play sets.
If you'd rather hand the tear-out and the haul-off to the same crew, say so in your request and it comes back as one price on one schedule.
What moves the number.
Volume for most material, weight for the heavy stuff. Concrete, brick, tile and dirt are quoted differently than drywall and lumber, because a half load of masonry outweighs a full load of framing scrap.
After that it's access and stairs. There's no hourly billing, so a tight interior doesn't turn into an open-ended invoice. You get the number before the crew loads.
Included on every job: loading labor, hauling, disposal, and a sweep of the work area.

Construction debris FAQ.
Either. Some crews book a haul-off between phases so the site stays clear, some call once at the end. Repeat pickups can be scheduled ahead.
Yes, priced by weight rather than volume. Keep it separated from the light debris if you can, it makes the number better.
Yes. Stairs are normal on gut jobs. Mention the floor in your request so it's in the price rather than a conversation on the day.
Both. We run demolition as well as hauling, so a tear-out and the haul-off can come back as one price.
Same-day and next-day are common across Columbus and the closer suburbs. Tell us what the schedule needs and you'll get a straight answer on whether it can be hit.
Asbestos is a hard no, it needs an abatement contractor. Painted lumber and drywall are fine. If you're unsure what's in an older house, send a photo first.
