Yes, on every job. Free loading labor is included on every Donkey pickup, which means basement-to-curb hauls, second-floor hauls, and stairs are not extra. The crew is trained for awkward angles and tight corners.
Often, yes. If your appliance is in working condition and you'd like it donated rather than scrapped, mention that in your quote request. Donkey routes working appliances to local charities and donation centers when possible. Some items don't qualify (older fridges, units missing parts) — Donkey will tell you upfront.
Hot tubs and large outdoor units are case-by-case. They typically need partial disassembly to fit on the truck. Send photos and dimensions with your quote request — Donkey will quote accordingly.
Standard hookups (water lines for washers, gas lines for ovens) — Donkey can handle. If your situation involves shut-off valves that haven't been touched in years, or anything that looks like it might leak when disconnected, mention it in your quote request and the crew will plan accordingly.
